Stevens 470 is Awarded 2010 Small Business of the Year

Stevens 470 was awarded the 2010 Small Business of the Year by the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce. The award ceremony took place on November 17, 2010 at Tekoa Country Club. The criteria for this honor includes: providing substantial impact in the community given its size and strength in the marketplace, able to demonstrate outstanding leadership and vision, forward plans for substantial growth and is an inspiration to other businesses. Tina Stevens and her entire team were in attendance to receive the award and honored to receive this recognition.

Stevens 470 provides marketing, design, and web solutions to a variety of local and national clients. With an experienced team of marketing strategists, designers and web developers all under one roof, Stevens 470 provides comprehensive programs for strategic marketing, web development, print design and multichannel media plans.

Stevens 470 celebrates their 20th anniversary this year. The studio opened in 1990 and moved to 470 Southampton Road in Westfield, Massachusetts in 1998 in order to accommodate a new web division. In 2007, they launched the Multichannel Marketing Institute and completed an addition to their Westfield facility which provides studio and educational space for staff, clients and visitors. Today, Stevens 470 continues to work closely with their clients to provide comprehensive marketing, design and technological expertise. Stevens 470 encourages the business community to come in and exchange information and ideas on marketing, design and technology. They hold complimentary Coffee Hours once a month on specific industry topics. Stevens 470 is actively involved in Westfield’s business development and the community.

Tina Stevens, owner of the agency, began her career as a graphic designer and entrepreneur. During her 20 years growing the agency, Tina has expanded her expertise in business and marketing. Tina focuses her attention on creating successful marketing messages for clients and executing those solutions throughout today’s marketing channels. Tina earned her master’s degree in advertising design from Syracuse University through their ISDP program for working professionals in the creative industry. During this unique program Tina visited agencies across the country and in London and Amsterdam, all adding to her multichannel view of marketing today.
